Athelbrae training is specifically designed to be fun, interactive and wholly relevant to the delegates' work place. A mix of theoretical, practical and group discussions all provide a varied and compatible mix of learning for each attendee.

Delegates will return to the workplace with a detailed action plan outlining the steps required to transfer the learning to their daily behaviour.

We can work with you on any part of the process including the design of the Job Description and Person Specification documents. However, the real value area is by designing a recruitment process that will reduce the risk of recruiting the wrong person.

We can be as involved as you need us to be. Testing can be provided via online links, or we can come in and help run the whole process for you, enabling you to concentrate on the important task of appointing the right candidate for your business.
